I love milk tea again because of the discovery of TP tea! Many boba places in the area tasted like chemical water, that's why I quit milk tea for a long time. Not the case with TP tea. There's a fragrance in their tea that tastes just right. It's great that I am obsessed with milk tea again but it's bad that I always wanted to quit milk tea and now it's difficult again.

This place is now my go-to when looking for boba in Northern California. I've gone to this chain's locations in Berkeley and San Jose and the oolong milk teas can't be beat!

So busy at night. Order at the screen and then watch another screen to see which order is ready or still needs to be prepared. The fruity drinks and milk teas are both good. They seem to churn out the drinks pretty quickly and boba melts nicely in your mouth. Given how busy and packed this place is, it's not somewhere you can relax. Even the uncomfortable geometric metal stools are telling you to leave lol great for grab and go (because of ambience) but be prepared to wait a little due to large volume of orders.
Parking lot available.
Amazing udon place a few doors down in same plaza!

One of my favorite bobas in South Bay. The drinks have a great taste of tea (as long as you don't order too high sugar). They have a unique QQ noodle topping which goes well with the tea. Highly recommend the strawberry milk tea and the original tea. The line is quite long though so just be prepared to wait during busy hours.

Quality is always consistent.
Be aware of wait times -- it's usually around 45 min around peak time.
Pro tip: order ahead for like $1.50 more on their website; it saves you hella time.
Never disappoints.
I forgot to order ahead today so I'm mad at myself. LOL.

TP tea is so popular that this review really is unnecessary. The drinks here have a strong tea flavor and imo not too sweet. The wait times can be long though and there's not a ton of seating inside, so definitely more of a takeout place than a place to chill with friends. Worth a stop if you're in the area

I've been meaning to review this tea shop for quite some time now. I find myself ordering from here at least three times a week, sometimes even more. It seems like all my money goes towards TP tea, and honestly, I think there's something addictive about it. This place has become my go-to tea shop. My absolute favorite is their Uji Matcha Taro - no other tea shop can get their matcha right like TP Tea. Their regular milk tea with QQ at 30% sweetness is incredibly addicting. I also love their lemon black tea; it strikes the perfect balance between tartness and robust tea flavor, making it a refreshing choice for summer. The wintermelon lemon is another great option, and their Thai tea crème brûlée takes the drink to a whole new level. Even though I can make my own Thai tea at home, I can't resist indulging in TP Tea's exquisite crème brûlée version.

my sister and I usually go to a boba place close by. but this one time the boba place we went to was close and we accidentally tried out TP Tea and OMG was that a lucky accident. We ordered a few drinks and they were great and we been coming here since. awesome drinks!
